    clean accommodation
    thoughtful amenities
    parking issues
    communal areas cramped
    stressful arrival

Spotlessly clean accommodations with helpful hosts made the experience enjoyable. The room included thoughtful amenities like a fridge and hot drinks, ensuring comfort during the chilly nights. Breakfast was delightful, with plenty of variety including crinkle-cut fries and a generous buffet selection. parking arrangements were somewhat stressful initially, and communal areas felt a bit cramped during peak hours.

    warm welcome
    spacious room
    thoughtful treats
    parking issue
    crowded breakfast

I loved my stay at Sutton Park. Stewart, the host, made a fantastic impression from the moment we arrived. He greeted us warmly and helped with our luggage, making us feel right at home. The room was enormous, offering more space than I expected for a B&B. It included conveniences like a fridge stocked with fresh milk, which was a delightful upgrade from the usual UHT options. The king-size bed and bunks were plush, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The en suite bathroom was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like hairdryer and generous toiletries. Breakfast was another highlight. a buffet offering full English options alongside healthier choices like cereals and fresh fruit. We even got a goody bag for our day out, including water and snacks. the only hiccup was the parking situation. There was a mix-up with my pre-arranged spot, which caused a bit of stress initially, but Stewart quickly resolved it by moving his own car. It could have been smoother from the start, but the effort he put in certainly softened the impact. The communal areas, while nice, felt a little cramped during breakfast hours.

    spacious room

    overwhelming breakfast crowd

The room was huge and spotlessly clean.

Unfortunately, there was a severe mix-up with my pre-booked parking, which made my arrival stressful. Although Stewart was kind enough to move his car for me, it was disappointing to have to deal with this issue upon arrival. I found the breakfast crowd overwhelming, making it difficult to enjoy the meal.

    cramped dining

The parking situation initially caused some stress due to a mix-up, though it was handled quickly. Communal areas felt a bit cramped during breakfast peak hours, which made dining less relaxed than I prefer.

great place for weekend strolls and nearby attractions

I found the place spotless and very welcoming, and it was just a few steps from a lovely café for morning coffee, making it perfect for starting my day of exploring. plus, it was so close to the Blackpool Tower that I could easily pop in to see the sights without any hassle.

    huge breakfast
    spotless room
    luxurious amenities
    busy breakfast area
    initial parking mix-up

Oh mate, the breakfast spread was a belter! From piping hot full English to healthy cereals, they had it all! And the freshness didn’t stop there—a goody bag for the road? Proper chuffed! Then there's the room—absolutely massive with a king-sized bed that felt like a cloud. Perfect for crashing after a long day of cheering on my daughter. It was spotless and decked out with all the little luxuries, including a fridge stocked with fresh milk, not that nasty UHT!

The only cheeky quirk? Definitely wouldn't let that rain on my parade!

    massive room
    fresh milk
    wide breakfast selection

    overwhelming breakfast crowd

The stay was focused on attending a daughter's competitive cheerleading competition, and it exceeded all expectations. The room was not only massive but also impeccably clean, equipped with a fridge, fresh milk, and a luxurious king-sized bed that made for a comfortable night. Breakfast offered a wide selection, and receiving a goody bag for the day was a lovely touch. the hospitality provided really made us feel valued and welcomed.
